The client approached us with outdated branding which they had felt they have outgrown and were ready for a new brand that embodied their values.
With offline bookings being manually input into Outlook and patient files being kept digitally, PTA was running into double-booking issues.
Lack of Information
Patients were asking similar questions via email, meaning staff had to manually answer the same enquiry time and time again.
Through a ‘Is (this procedure) right for me?’ section, we hoped to give patients clarity on if a certain procedure is right for them and their current or future situation.
A Reassuring Hand
We aimed to give nervous patients, both prospective and current, looking through the site a reassuring message that they are not alone, thus mirroring the ethos of the PTA staff at the clinic.
What to Expect
Honesty is paramount when dealing with infertility. We created a detailed page for every procedure available at the PTA clinic, indicating very clearly what to expect as well as any pros or cons.

PTA Fertility Coordinator
We created an online booking form with fields to fill out as well as preferred dates/times for appointments. Patients can easily fill out the form online and get their appointment confirmation email after.
We made sure the site always looks beautiful when viewing on a mobile device, tablet or browser.

We sourced imagery to showcase PTA Fertility’s diverse group of patients, from all backgrounds and all walks of life.
PTA Fertility believes in inclusivity, family and love. We went through different iterations in order to find the perfect symbol of what they stand for. We ended up with a stylised symbol of family and hope.
Time Savings for Nurses/Staff
Prospective and current patients are able to view all the details of a procedure before making an enquiry, freeing up valuable staff time to do what they do best: create families.
Streamlined Booking Process
Every appointment enquiry has all the information necessary for staff to schedule an appointment, meaning there’s no longer any need for back and forth emails between the clinic and patient.

Site visitors have access to detailed info about the multiple procedures PTA offers. The information is honest yet reassuring, giving the potential patient confidence they’re in the right hands.
